A completed form has a history: its original definition, the values used, accepted changes, and any superseded prior use. ChatVaultAI is the ecosystem archive for those records. Record Method Keep provides local catalog and search so retained material can be found again.
? Are the archive, ledger, and catalog the same thing?
No. The Record Method ledger and Keep catalog have separate roles. Keep remains local catalog/search; it is not the ledger. The complete automatic return loop is not verified by the recovered extension packages.
