Human-use vocabulary
These are the four human authority tags. Analytical tags belong to the separate Agent / Assistant / Chat vocabulary.
HUMAN SEMANTIC MARKERS
Four human tags mark your decisions, rejected ideas, superseded information, and actions while the work is happening.
IN PRACTICE
Mark a choice ✅ Decision. If you reject an alternative, mark it 🚫 Rejected. When a later decision replaces the earlier one, use 🔄 Superseded so the previous direction remains understandable. Mark the next task ⚡ Action.
No. A tag records your meaning. Insertion, approval, record admission, and payment still need their own explicit human action.

Mark a settled choice with Decision, an idea you decline with Rejected, an earlier direction you replace with Superseded, or work to do with Action. The mark stays with its context.
Mining can extract these marks for review and handoff. Proposal, Evidence, Question, Risk, Assumption, and Artifact are analytical tags; they must remain distinguishable from your four human tags.
